The Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel is located on the beach and approximately five miles from Ocean City Outlets. This location is also 10 miles from Assateague National Seashore, Boardwalk, and Ocean Downs.

Hotel amenities include the gift shop, beauty shop, fitness center, sauna, and indoor heated pool with hot tub. Located on the property are Breakers Pub, which serves lunch and dinner, and Horizons, which is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Room service is available. The Clarion also offers bell service, free parking (or valet parking), free weekday newspapers, and valet laundry service. Small pets are welcome (fee may apply).

All rooms have high-speed Internet access, microwaves, refrigerators, air-conditioning, interior access, hairdryers, irons, voicemail, and cable TV.
