Decorated with Victorian charm, the Madison hotel offers guests a landscaped courtyard, lobby fireplace, heated pool, newsstand and gift shop, exercise gym, and more. Every morning, guests can enjoy breakfast in the lobby. Other meals can be had in the hotel's Rod's Steak and Seafood, Parlour Cars, and Solarium. A variety of meeting rooms is available to accommodate two to 500 people. All-inclusive meeting packages include state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment and catering.

The Madison's 191 renovated guestrooms are equipped with first-run movies, dataports, beverage centers, complimentary coffee, clock radio, hairdryer, and iron.
