The Econo Lodge is centrally located between the Smokey Mountains, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville and University of Tennessee, Oak Ridge National Laboratories, the Airport, and the Loudon County Industrial Parks. It is just outside the congested tourism areas and costlier downtown district, near two lakes and several award-winning golf courses. Guests may enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast daily. The hotel also has a seasonal pool and outdoor parking area.

Each room has air-conditioning, iron, message alert light, microwave, free weekday newspaper, refrigerator, free local calls, and satellite television.
