The Residence Inn is located approximately 18 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport and five miles from Fashion Place Mall. It's also three miles from Cottonwood Mall, seven miles from Hogel Zoo, 15 miles from Temple Square, and 30 miles from 2002 Winter Olympic Park. Ski resorts, such as Alta, Brighton, Snowbird, and Solitude, are between 10 and 15 miles away.

Hotel amenities include the pool, whirlpool, fitness room, complimentary breakfast, evening reception (Monday through Thursday), laundry facilities, and complimentary shuttle service to local offices, ski rental facilities, ski bus stops, and restaurants. The hotel offers valet laundry service, dinner delivery service from local restaurants, safety deposit boxes, and complimentary parking.

All rooms have work desks, voicemail, dataports, high-speed Internet access, cable TV, weekday newspaper delivery, full kitchens, complimentary in-room coffee, irons, and hairdryers.
