This location is also half a mile from Emerald Queen Casino, two miles from the Tacoma Convention Center and the Museum of Glass, six miles from Puyallup Fairgrounds, and 30 miles from Seattle.

The property's amenities include the swimming pool and complimentary continental breakfast. Coffee is available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The inn also offers free weekday newspapers.
