Hotel amenities include fax/photocopying services, ski storage, multilingual staff, 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, guest laundry, and safe deposit box. Guests may also enjoy the outdoor heated pool, indoor whirlpool, and sauna. Onsite drinks and dining are available at the Family Pancake House.

Guest rooms feature satellite/cable TVs, A/C, coffeemakers, direct-dial telephones, AM/FM alarm clock radios, and complimentary toiletries.

During the winter the summit at snoqualmie pass is the premier destination for winter sports enthusiasts. the summit features downhill skiing at a variety of levels, as well as nordic skiing and tubing. the summit shuttle system has doorstep service to the hotel and serves the entire area. during spring and summer, there are a multitude of outdoor activities available. fishing is a prominent activity, as the area is surrounded by nearly a dozen lakes. hiking also prevails, either on the world-renowned pacific crest trail, or many of the more local, forest service-approved hiking trails. cycling, hunting, and nature walks are also popular. .
